Update Billing Information

We understand that card issues can sometimes be due to various factors, and we want to assist you in resolving this matter promptly. Here are a few steps you can take to update your billing information and regain access to your account:

  1. Try Another Card: You can try updating your payment method with a different credit or debit card by logging into your Doorkeep account, clicking Settings, Account and Billing and finally Open Customer Portal.
  2. Retry Your Current Card: Sometimes, a temporary issue with your card can cause a decline. If you believe this is the case, you may want to try the same card again.
  3. Contact Your Card Issuer: It's also a good idea to get in touch with your card issuer to ensure there are no restrictions or issues on their end that may be causing the decline.

While your account is in pending mode, it will remain functional. However, if your payment is not successfully processed in the next billing attempt, your account will be put on hold. Once you update and successfully process your payment information, your access to Doorkeep will be fully restored, allowing you to continue enjoying all its benefits.
