Cancel Your Account

We're sorry to see you go, but we understand that Doorkeep might not be the right fit for everyone. To cancel your account with our SaaS product Doorkeep, there are two main methods you can use.

  1. Via Email: You can send a cancellation request to help@doorkeep.co. Our team will process your request as soon as possible.
  2. Via the App: You can also cancel directly through our app. Here are the steps to cancel your account through the web:

    a. Log in to your account on the Doorkeep app.

    b. Navigate to the 'Account' tab.

    c. Click on 'Subscription'.

    d. You will be redirected to the Stripe Checkout and customer portal.

    e. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

Please note that you can cancel your account at any time. If you run into any issues during the cancellation process, don't hesitate to reach out to us at help@doorkeep.co.

Disclaimer: Upon cancellation, your phone number will be released and your A2P 10DLC application will no longer be available.
